It is understood by all parties;

If website never reaches top 20 rankings for agreed upon search phrase, in any 6 month period, neither party is obligated to continue agreement.

Rent an Optimized Site makes no guarantees, stipulations or warrantees of business increases or decreases and shall not be held liable for any business fluctuations of any sort.
The website, and domain are owned and controlled by, Rent An Optimized Site.
Rent An Optimized Site Retains the right to edit any and all content at any time without the permission of the renter.
Renter has the sole responsibility for any and all content for text, information, and pictures provided by renter as to not be owned, copyrighted, trademarked, or any other similar means by others.
All Information shall be owned by the renter, and renter hereby allows Rent An Optimized Site or its assignees to use any and all information for a period of not less than 10 years after any termination of agreement or services for any means they so choose.

You don't have to worry about a domain name, or a host, or anything, other than content ( Text and Photos ) to provide.

Either party can terminate agreement with 30 day notice. Renter can terminate at any time by just not paying. And Remember, NO CONTRACTS!

Rent An Optimized Site works very hard on all of our sites,... that pay on time.

At this time we are not optimizing or hosting Adult Websites or Content.

We reserve the right to reject any order and refund your money

Website building is a non refundable service.

Moving a website is a non refundable service.

Changes you request to a website are $25 per change and non refundable.

Each Change is per change per site.

PAY ON TIME

If getting clients for your business is important to you then you will pay on time.
If you are the forgetful type then it will cost you an additional $25 for forgetting about your business
and not paying by the 5th of the month. Payment is due on the 1st but Rent An Optimized Site tries to be nice
and gives you just a little bit of leeway until the 5th. Most pay on the 24th when they are billed by paypal.

Websites start at $90 and go up.

Changes to Websites, requested by the renter, cost the renter $25 / change.
If the more than 30% of the website page gets changed, then the changes will be $90.

We are not optimizing or hosting Adult Websites or Content.
